What position did you start in at i2r?
I started at i2r as a Finance Apprentice back in 2016.
How did you work your way up into the position you are in currently?
During my employment at i2r I have completed a number of qualifications, including Business Admin Level 3 and a Trainee Accounting Technician course. I have also completed AAT qualifications at Levels 2, 3 and 4. I also started a CIMA course in January 2022.
What challenges have you faced to get to where you are now and how have you overcome them?
I found studying hard with also working full time. As I have progressed, the pressure and responsibility has increased, therefore meaning there were tight deadlines to be met and this meant I had to learn to manage my time better.
Do you feel that i2r offers sufficient training and support in order for employees to be successful?
Yes, I do feel that sufficient training is on offer. The company pays for all qualifications undertaken by employees and the management team are very supportive and helpful.
What are your favourite things about working at i2r?
My favourite things about working at i2r are the people I work with. It’s a very friendly environment and you can have a laugh and joke with colleagues. It really is a nice place to work and there is a lot of support on offer.
Would you recommend friends/family to work at i2r and why?
Yes, I would recommend friends and family to work here as there is a lot of space to develop and opportunity for growth and progression. It is a nice place to work, great company to work for with good values and has a professional approach.
