Internal Account Manager

The Internal Account Manager will be reporting directly to the Customer Support Manager. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship including forecasting. Working efficiently and effectively with customers and other departments across the business will be imperative to ensure excellent customer service is reached. The Internal Account Manager will build strong working relationships with the customers, process and forecasting orders to ensure delivery expectations are maintained.



Product Manager

A newly created role within the company to aid its global expansion strategy. Responsible for working closely with the business development, sales and technical development teams to identify, prioritise and manage the pipeline of future product and market developments. The Product manager will also work closely across our wider group to manage the performance of our existing product portfolio. Analysing market, customer and business needs this is a multi functional role that will have prominence in the organisation.



Production Operator

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager the Production Operator will undertake general production related duties including packing & quality inspection of the manufactured goods.



Marketing Manager

The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in supporting i2r with its complete marketing strategy. From the promotion of the business to increase sales and brand recognition, to internal management of marketing resources, the role will be diverse and incorporating all aspects of the marketing mix.



Health & Safety Manager

The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for providing support to managers to deliver H&S best practice across the site, driving and support a positive health and safety culture and behaviours, monitor and report on health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace and management of emergency procedures and carry out accident and incident and near-miss investigations as required.



Production Shift Manager

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Shift Manager will manage all staff and operational areas of one of the three shifts, in line with key business policies, procedures and applicable legislation. This includes producing quality products which meet customer requirements on time and to specification, in a safe and efficient manner to agreed cost standards.
