Re: Implementation of SAP ERP System

We are writing to update you on our SAP implementation and timeline as we approach the April launch. As previously discussed, this is a key project for i2r and one which will enhance our service for many years to come.

To ensure all customer contacts as well as delivery sites are clear on the timeline, we will be making a series of announcements over the next few weeks – this first one of which focuses on key dates.

Key Dates to Note:

• Last normal shipping date: 28th March 2025
• Factory non-manufacturing period: 31st March - 4th April 2025
• Resumption of normal shipping of orders: 7th April 2025

During the ‘go-live’ week (w/c 31st March 2025) we plan not to manufacture or despatch products. We kindly ask you to place your orders before Friday 21st March 2025. Orders placed after this date will be processed w/c 7th of April 2025.

We appreciate this may appear inconvenient and thank you for your understanding & cooperation. Our team is dedicated to making this transition as smooth as possible, ensuring that our new SAP system will bring significant improvements to our service.#
